Training
Training to the customer &customer's personnel is imparted at the testing & trial period at our factory and also at the customers place during the erection time of the plant by our engineers. We have facility for accommodation in our guest house during Training period in our Unit. We have dedicated Training Room and Manuals for training on our machine Operation, Maintenance, and Trouble shooting.
Technical support
PET PLAST INDIAS has well qualified and experienced Technical Support team that are fully equipped with all necessary tools and critical spares for field support. We also maintain separate customer log report to ensure history of machines. Technical support team ensures customer satisfaction to the fullest.
Spare part
The whole range of parts of the machinery supplied by PPI is available at ready stock at our works & it can be dispatched shortly to the customer locations subject to commercial formatting & requirement has been cleared.
Manual
Our product manuals are delivered to the customers with the plant. These manual includes information on electrical circuit diagram, pneumatic circuit diagram, lubrication chart, major operational instructions, part lists, all details about brought out items like electric motor, gear boxes etc. would be available on demand.
Turnkey Project
PPI has in house manufacturing unit of PET Blowing Ancillaries i.e. Compressors, Refrigerated Air Dryer, Water Chillier, Moulds etc. We will be honoured to take PET project on Turnkey basis as Complete End to End Solution. We also provide consultancy services for liquid packaging industry like along with project report and analysis.
